Lunalina® Fashion for men is not a four season brand, I don’t follow the fashion trends every year. This isn’t the way I design the Lunalina® collections. I would say, Lunalina® is the brand for artists and people with personality. Because this ties are perfect for show your individuality or make a statement. You can say with this accessory where you are, without saying a word or you can stand out from the crowd.
All ties are created and produced by Natascha Danielle Ingold the brandowner and designer from Lunalina Fashion for men. The brand is registered in Switzerland, since 2008. They are all 100% handcrafted by my self and the edition is limited or the ties are just one-of-a-kind, real unique. The design goes from timeless elegance till funky and freaky. This four tie collections „Special-One’s“, „Fashion-Art“, „Night-Star“ and „ C’est chic“ and the t-shirts collection „freaky-funky“ are only the beginning from my fashion design asortment.
All tie collections / lookbook you can see at http://www.lunalina.ch can be supplied from stock. Since November 2013 a few ties and t-shirts are available in the new Online-shop and the Homepage is in English now.
Fashion mean to me that you can express your personality and you can show your own style. Clothes are your second skin, so it’s looks best when it’s authentic. Fashion is just another accessory for someone with great style. Oscar Wilde would say: be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
I’m drawing/painting and being creativ since I was a child. This is the reason why I had decided to collect differnt experience in the area of Art & Design, after school. For example, 1996 I visited the school of art in Bern for one semester, video and motion picture. In the same year, the only short story I ever wrote was published by Chalim, this was for a competition.
1999 I began to make my own paper pattern and began to sew my own clothes.
The company Shirt-House in Switzerland had bought once drawing motifs from me (tribal with chinese character signs) for they own customer motif look book. The custemers can choos from the look book the motif witch they want get printed on a garment, this was 2008.
The love for clothes and fashion was allways existed in my life and the passion for painting too, so with this background I decided 2008 to design fashion for men under my own brand Lunalina®.
When I started to create and paint motifs many years ago, they were mostly for men and it’s a pleasure for my eyes, to see a well dressed man. This could be a man in a suit or a man who wear a cool street style outfit with tattoos. I think one of the principal reason was why I choose to design fashion for men was, they have much less variety as women. I love the idea that I can fit out men with my kind of design.
