* Un jurado con personalidades de la Moda como María Lafuente, Mercedes
Rodriguez, Lola Piña, Pedro Mansilla, Mencía Morales y Maison Mesa ha
seleccionado 20 dibujos de 18 niños y niñas de 5 países que –una vez
confeccionados- desfilarán en una Pasarela en 2020.
El Jurado de MAESTRO KID, “UN NIÑO QUIERE SER DISEÑADOR DE MODA”, ha seleccionado
20 dibujos pertenecientes a 18 niños y niñas de 5 países, que se transformarán en prendas
confeccionadas para ser exhibidas por modelos infantiles profesionales en una Pasarela que
tendrá lugar en los primeros meses de 2020.
La iniciativa, liderada por la empresaria de moda Olga IF, ha logrado involucrar a cerca de
un centenar de niñ@s de Bélgica, Kazakstán, Alemania, Rusia, Suiza, Panamá, Letonia y
España, que han enviado sus originales hasta el pasado 15 de Diciembre.
Los dibujos seleccionados pertenecen a 13 niñas y 5 niños, con edades comprendidas entre
6 y 13 años, pertenecientes a los siguientes países: España, Bélgica, Suiza, Letonia y
Kazashstan. De las niñas y niños seleccionados destacan por su clara orientación a la Moda
los que pertenecen a la asociación cultural La France Ô Si¡, que promueve en todo el mundo
la lengua y cultura francófonas.
El jurado, que celebró la elección en la sede del Centro Superior de Diseño de Moda de la
Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, estuvo presidido por Olga If (propietaria y directora
creativa de dos marcas Imaginative Fashion y Kidraws que pretende batir dos GUINNESS
WORLD RECORDS® en 8 de febrero ) y compuesto por María Lafuente (diseñadora de
Moda española); Lola Piña (directora del taller de Costura Al Dedal); Mercedes Rodriguez
(profesora y Subdirectora del Centro de Diseño de Moda de Madrid de la Universidad
Politécnica de Madrid); Mencía de Morales (directora de Comunicación de los Hoteles Orfila
y Heritage de Madrid); Mesa (director creativo de la marca Maìson Mesa); Pedro Mansilla
(sociólogo, periodista y crítico de moda); Ricardo Martín (periodista y consultor de
comunicación); Laura Luceño Casals (Relaciones Institucionales del CSDMM y Unidad de
Igualdad de la UPM) y Isabel Soto (escultora) .
Tras la selección de los 20 dibujos finalistas, se proporcionarán los tejidos, se realizarán los
patrones y los diseños de estampados -si fuese necesario- por ordenador, se imprimirán los
tejidos y se confeccionaran gratuitamente las prendas finalistas.
Los looks finalistas desfilarán en una pasarela con modelos infantiles profesionales que se
celebrará en Madrid en los primeros meses de 2020, con público invitado que otorgará uno
de los Premios y un jurado que escogerá los tres modelos realizados que considere
merecedores del Primer Premio y dos Accésit .
Olga If está presente en el mercado de la Moda con sus dos marcas: Imaginative Fashion y
Kidraws. Los diseños de Imaginative Fashion se hicieron muy conocidos gracias a la aparición
de 14 creaciones de Olga IF en el show American Beauty Star, uno de los shows televisivos
más seguidos de EEUU. Simultáneamente, Olga If viene trabajando desde hace meses en un
gran proyecto: WORLDVISION FASHION SHOW, premiado en el Concurso Internacional
World Folk Vision, organizado por Eurasian Council of Culture Science and Education,
celebrado en Sochi (Federación Rusa) en septiembre de 2019. El objetivo del proyecto es
batir dos GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® de DESFILES DE MODA, acreditando la participación
en un mismo desfile de 420 modelos profesionales reconocidos, con 420 looks diferentes, con
obras de más de 20 diseñadores consagrados y noveles. El desfile para el récord se celebrará
en Club Panda (Madrid) el 8 de febrero de 2020. Un desfile de GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS®
Attempts en el que tendrá lugar el estreno mundial del Himno a la Moda.

The Jury of MASTER KID, “A CHILD WANTS TO BE A FASHION DESIGNER”, has selected 20 drawings belonging to 18 boys and girls from 5 countries, which will be transformed into garments made to be exhibited by professional children's models in a Catwalk that It will take place in the first months of 2020.
The initiative, led by fashion businesswoman Olga IF, has managed to involve about one hundred children from Belgium, Kazakhstan, Germany, Russia, Switzerland, Panama, Latvia and Spain, who have sent their originals until last December 15.
The selected drawings belong to 13 girls and 5 boys, aged between 6 and 13 years, belonging to the following countries: Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Latvia and Kazashstan Of the selected girls and boys stand out for their clear orientation to Fashion those belonging to the cultural association La France Ô Si¡, which promotes worldwide Francophone language and culture. The jury, which held the election at the headquarters of the Higher Center for Fashion Design of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, was chaired by Olga If (owner and director creative of two brands Imaginative Fashion and Kidraws that aims to beat two GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® on February 8) and composed by María Lafuente (designer of Spanish fashion); Lola Piña (director of the Sewing Al Thimble workshop); Mercedes Rodriguez (Professor and Deputy Director of the Madrid Fashion Design Center of the University Polytechnic of Madrid); Mencía de Morales (Communication Director of Orfila Hotels and Heritage of Madrid); Mesa (creative director of the Maìson Mesa brand); Pedro Mansilla (sociologist, journalist and fashion critic); Ricardo Martín (journalist and consultant of communication); Laura Luceño Casals (Institutional Relations of the CSDMM and Unit of Equality of the UPM) and Isabel Soto (sculptor). Imaginative Fashion designs became well known thanks to the appearance of 14 Olga IF creations at the American Beauty Star show, one of the television shows most followed from the USA. Simultaneously, Olga If has been working for months in a great project: WORLDVISION FASHION SHOW, awarded in the International Competition World Folk Vision, organized by the Eurasian Council of Culture Science and Education, held in Sochi (Russian Federation) in September 2019.
