Lois 12 years old, Model. London UK. A kind, happy girl who is beautiful inside and out, she has a very rare chromosome disorder, this makes her very unique, it affects just 1 in 55,000 people worldwide.
Fairly new to modelling she joined an agency at 10 years of age, she started out in a specialist agency for models with disabilities but has now moved into a mainstream agency.
Lois has had some fabulous opportunities including working with one of the UK’s biggest high street clothing brands - River Island, it started with the huge campaign ‘Labels are for clothes’ Lois was featured in national newspapers and tv news across Europe and reaching worldwide, as far as Australia!
She has had TV appearance on The Wright Stuff morning TV show and was invited to BBC radio and filmed for RTL german tv for a documentary. She starred on CBBC show My Life, ‘Changing the Face of Beauty’ a children's show by chatterbox media which encourages people to see that having a disability does not stop you fulfilling your dreams.
She participated in a campaign ‘Behind the Scars’ by Sophie Mayanne a photographer based in London and has worked with charities Unique and Jeans for Genes for fundraising and awareness campaigns.
She has also worked as a part in a big film due out in 2020 which is currently a secret.
Recently Lois has walked on the runway for ‘House of Ikons’ during London Fashion Week, she wore designs from Be Unique Be You and Happy Clothing - Vietnam. She was so confident and really enjoyed walking, she cannot wait to walk again and has been confirmed for other shows in the near future.
Lois is in mainstream school which she really enjoys and does well in all subjects although she receives a lot of support in some areas. She attends a boxing class where she works towards maintaining strength via fun exercise approach with her personal trainer. She also enjoys dancing, acting and playing computer games. She loves animals, especially dogs.
Lois is agency represented, she is also on Spotlight and attends local academy musical theatre classes
