Lisa G Artistry is a Makeup Artist & Licensed Esthetician with 15+ years of experience applying makeup for hundreds of proms, pageants, weddings, personalities, print media, red carpet, celebrity events, television and video. Lisa G, a Los Angeles native, at an early age she knew she was destined to be in the beauty industry. Her mother was a graduate from FIDM and loved fashion. Lisa shared her mother's "passion for fashion" and remembers spending countless hours pouring through her high-fashion magazines studying the fashion, yet the hair and makeup is what always captured her attention. Lisa secretly hoped that one day she could re-create the hair and makeup images as her own. Years later, after earning a dual degree in business & communications at Sonoma State University she moved to San Francisco. She found herself working in the corporate world, not being fulfilled. That's when Lisa went back to school and achieved her esthetic license. After attaining her license she moved back to Los Angeles and fell into what she truly loved/s- the hair and makeup industry.
Today Lisa has her work printed in magazines such as Italian Vogue, GQ, Hello Magazine, 944, Bay Fashion and The Riviera. She has worked with Giorgio Armani and Zac Possen, the Oscars, ESPYS, BET Awards, The Miss Universe Organization~aka Miss USA and the Celebrity Tent at the Maria Shriver's Women's Conference. Her professional credentials have included makeup for Sarah McLachlan, Alana Stewart, Ariana Huffington, Shana Moakler, Alyssa Campanella (Miss USA 2012) and many others. Counted among her many commercial makeup clients are Giorgio Armani, Mischa's Place, Hauler Deals and The Miss USA Organization. She is also proud to be the Official Makeup Artist for the Miss California, Miss New York and Miss New Hampshire, USA Pageants. Lisa travels across the nation to beautify title holders for their head shots and events and consults with future contestants about industry makeup tips and tricks for the stage and their interviews.
